Wenlock Spring is supporting the launch of two brand new chocolate-based recipe books – I love Chocolate and I love Chocolate, I love Thermomix. The launch event is taking place on Thursday 28th March 2013 at the Books for Cooks bookshop in Notting Hill, London. The guests will be able to meet both Janie Turner and Mark Tilling – UK Chocolate Master 2006-2010. The chocolatiers will be demonstrating their recipes using both the traditional methods and the latest Thermomix techniques. Those attending will also be offered tastings of macaroons, truffles and muffins, served with pink champagne complemented by Wenlock Spring water!
